”Give Your To Daddy Phone I Want To Speak With Him” – Nigerians Blasts Buhari’s Daughter, Zahra After She Tweeted ”Afternoon Nigeria”

Nigerians on social media took to their respective pages to demand the whereabouts of the president, Muhammadu Buhari from his daughter who surfaced on social media platform, Twitter, after a brief hiatus.

The demand for the president comes after Muhammadu Buhari handed over power to the vice president, Yemi Osinbajo and left the country on May 7, 2017 on medical grounds.
The president’s health status remains generally unknown as there have been calls from several quarters demanding an update from the presidency on the health status of the president. Other quarters have demanded that the president address Nigerians.
Nigerians however, in a show of frustration at the continued absence of the president which has been said to be affecting the country and its image negatively demanded to see the president from his daughter after she tweeted ‘Afternoon Nigeria’.

Buhari’s daughter, Zahra reveals President’s current health status


One of the daughters of President Muhammadu Buhari, Zahra Indimi has said the President is currently doing fine.

Zahra made the disclosure on her Twitter handle while reacting to inquiries by followers on her father’s health status.

The first daughter who did not mention when the President will be returning to the country was asked by a follower, “Where is your father, asking on behalf of Nigerians.”

Responding, Zahra wrote: “Good afternoon Nigeria. He’s doing pretty good.”

After initially spending over 50 days on medical vacation in London, the President had in May returned to the United Kingdom, UK, for follow-up medical check-up and is yet to return.

Against the backdrop of his current health status, both his aides and associates have continued to assure Nigerians that the President was responding to treatment.

Despite the assurance from the Presidency, the Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose recently claimed that Buhari has been on life support since June, an allegation that has been generating heated controversy. ‎

Similarly, a former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, on Saturday alleged that doctors have ruled out Buhari’s possible return because he can no longer function
