Chyna's ex, Rob Kardashian is back on social
media after his IG account was shutdown following the saga of his revenge porn pictures. Rob is back and simply obeying the
restraining order. No revenge porn, just an
adorable pic of their daughter Dream in a ball pit.
The mum-of-two appeared in court in Los Angeles on Monday morning,
Blac Chyna has been granted a temporary restraining order against Rob Kardashian.
Last week, the mum-of-two filed a request for a hearing for a restraining order against her on-off ex, asking that he be ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from her at all times.
On Monday, Chyna, along with her lawyer Lisa Bloom, appeared at Los Angeles Superior Court where it was ruled that Rob was barred from coming near her or posting about her online.
The pair will retain joint custody of their young daughter Dream and a judge will reexamine the restraining order at a hearing in August.
Speaking outside the LA court, Chyna, dressed in a white suit, said: "This was a restraining order to protect Dream and I'm just going to get back to co-parenting Dream."
While her lawyer Lisa Bloom added: "I am pleased to announce that in court this morning we had a complete and total victory, the judge gave us everything we asked for which is a set of very strong and enforceable restraining orders against Rob Kardashian restraining him from coming near her and restraining him from cyberbullying, restraining him posting anything about her online of a personal nature including photos and videos."
Rob's lawyer Robert Shapiro - who worked with his late father on the OJ Simpson case - said: "I, personally, on Mr. Kardashian's behalf apologised and offered our regrets as to what happened in the past couple of days.
"Now we move forward to do one thing and one thing only, whatever is in the best interest of the child."

Chyna also appeared on Good Morning America where she hit back at Rob 's claims that she used him to gain fame and fortune.
"I was already Blac Chyna before the Kardashians. That's why everybody cares so much," she told ABC News .
She also said that she felt betrayed as she spoke publicly for the first time since nude photos of her were posted on social media by her ex.
"How could somebody, like, post these pictures of me and I'm like, 'Wow, OK.' Like, this is a person that I trusted, I confide in," she said.
"I had felt comfortable, you know, with even sending these pictures and even talking to him about certain things, you know. I felt... betrayed."
Last week, Rob posted naked photos of the mother of his child on Instagram before having his account shut down.
He also accused her of cheating on him and claimed he forked out on $100,000 worth of post-baby surgery and more recently gifting her $250,000 worth of jewellery.

According to MediaTakeOut, Rob Kardashian is
now dating a curvaceous Jamaican model named
Yanique Barrett just days after posting explicit
images of his babymama, Blac Chyna, and
exposing her illicit affair with other men. MTO
claimed an insider who confirmed the scoop
said:
“Rob met Yanique last year when he was
in Jamaica and they stayed in contact.
She’s helped him, especially with all that
he’s going through now.' Adding that
“Rob is flying her to America so that they
can get to know each other better. He’s
going to help her with modeling
opportunities there.”
Before the news came to light, Yanique
actually took to Instagram on Friday to
share the throwback photo above with Rob
from when they met in Jamaica in 2016
amidst the drama between Rob and Chyna.

The 19-year-old reality TV star has posted a series of revealing selfies showing off her curvaceous body, as she ignores the Twitter drama from her older brother Rob Kardashian.
Rob had an explosive rant about Blac Chyna on Instagram, posting explicit photos, screenshots of messages and videos of the former stripper.
However, his account was later suspended causing him to repost all of the damning images and comments again on Twitter, following a meltdown the star had when the mother of his child sent him a video of herself kissing another man.
The rest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan have not yet spoken out about Rob's actions and, instead, have continued to post selfies and promotional pictures.

On Thursday evening, Kylie Jenner posted several pictures of herself posing in a revealing black crop top with a plunging neckline.
The KUWTK star appeared to be in England, with one shot showing her next to a giraffe that may have been at Longleat Safari Park.
Another shows her posing in front of a mirror in – what looks like – the renowned bathrooms in Sketch London with the background including colourful tiles and egg-shaped toilet cubicles.
The star looked carefree following her sibling's outburst on Wednesday night, which has left Blac Chyna seeking legal action against Rob.
