Chelsea have turned their attentions to Alvaro Morata after being snubbed for Everton striker Romelu Lukaku who has agreed to join Manchester United.

Jose Mourinho's side were favourites to sign Morata but could not agree a deal with Real Madrid hence the pursuit of Lukaku.

The Sun reports that the Red Devils have agreed a £75million deal to sign Lukaku which leaves the door open for Antonio Conte to chase Morata.
The Premier League champions were previously interested in Morata but later turned their attention to Lukaku but it seems they have returned for their previous target.

Lukaku has decided to join Manchester United.
Antonio Conte will lose Diego Costa to Atletico Madrid this summer and it is a tough task to replace the Spaniard.

It is believed the Blues want to speed up a move for Morata before pre-season starts proper.
